The Varsity Track is our Highest tier of Competition 

Play in weekly Swiss Matches across 2 seasonal Splits in order to secure your spot in the Split Finals. The Split Finals are full days of tournament play, where all teams earn points towards our National Championship. Players competing in state leagues still in points in those State Leagues, and can qualify for State Championships, while also earning points in their respective Conferences: West, Central, East. 

Starting in 2025, Texas, Hawai'i, and New York will continue to have in-person State Championships, and we hope to expand that to more states in 2026 and beyond! This new format will allow schools to still compete locally, and build those rivalries, while also expanding their pool of potential competitors, meaning you aren't playing the same teams week after week. This is truly the best of all worlds for Scholastic Competition!

Note: This is only for our most committed players. Signing up for this competition and forfeiting matches will result in a loss of points, so make sure you are available during the weekly time slot and the Split Finals on Saturdays. You can enter as many or as few Splits as you like, but the more you enter, the greater chance you have at making it to the National Championships!

Matches will take place fully online, with each match earning points:

Split Match Victory: 1 Point

Split Finals Tourney Qualification: 2 Points

Split Finals Tourney Match Win: 2 Points

Split Championship Win: 10 Points

Split Runner-up: 4 Points

Split Match Forfeit: -2 Points

Our National Championship will be a LIVE, in-person competition held in in May 2026, with more details soon to come!

Each split teams will be placed in divisions to best accommodate state competition and timezone requirements. We’ll aim to be as flexible as possible when building divisions. If you have specific needs, please don’t hesitate to contact support@vanta.gg, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
